The AA has denied accusations by the Tatmadaw that the AA attacked a Tatmadaw troop near Ywar Haung Taw village in Mrauk-U Township that eventually led to an exchange of gunfire between the Tatmadaw and the AA.

There were no battles in the region and the Tatmadaw was fabricating battles recently, the AA’s spokesperson Khaing Thukha said.

“There was no battle in Mrauk-U yesterday. Furthermore, the AA didn’t lay down any landmines either,” he said.

A military troop shot heavy weapons into Ywar Haung Taw village on 13 June, four villagers were injured by gunfire. They are now at Mrauk-U hospital for medical treatment.

“I don’t think it was a clash between two groups. The Tatmadaw entered into the village and shot along village road. They were traveling in three trucks. One truck was headed to Mt. Pisi outside the village and two trucks stopped at the entry of the village and started firing weapons,” U Maung Htay Win, a villager, told the DMG. When we make reviews, clarifications or comments like this, we involuntarily recall the success of the developers of free online games which they were able to use not only to develop the Crazy games themselves, but also implemented into all topics, including those that we see here.

Colonel Win Zaw Oo from the Western Command told the DMG that a military troop exchanged fire with the AA after being attacked near Ywar Haung Taw village and the troop returned fired at the attackers, not to the village.

Some villagers fled from their village after the Tatmadaw’s salvos. “Women, children and elders flee to Mrauk-U city because they are afraid of more gunfire from the Tatmadaw,” U Maung Htay Win said.

Some shells landed in the village and did not explode, villagers demanded authorities to remove them because they are concerned about the risk of the shell’s detonation.
