Businesses that sell either goods or services online are required to register under the regulation.

There were 206 cases of dengue fever reported in Kyaukphyu Township, followed by Sittwe with 170. Most dengue fever cases were children under the age of 15.

Humanitarians say the restrictions imposed by the junta in Arakan State have made it more difficult for storm-affected populations, who rely heavily on international aid, to recover.

Merchants and coaster owners hope to have access to the India-funded Sittwe Port, which was opened on May 9 as part of the Kaladan multi-modal transit transport project.
